Recently, our company’s first high-strength concrete PHC pipe pile production line was officially put into operation. The newly commissioned production line focuses on manufacturing core foundation materials for photovoltaic power generation projects. With advantages such as high strength, excellent corrosion resistance, and efficient installation, the PHC pipe piles provide a solid guarantee for the stable construction of photovoltaic power stations. The production line has currently achieved an annual capacity of 200,000 linear meters, and its production potential will continue to increase as equipment commissioning and process optimization progress.
In response to a strong volume of production orders in the first half of 2025, the company promptly activated an efficient production plan. Through the scientific allocation of manpower, equipment, and raw materials, the production line is operating at full capacity to ensure delivery schedules and promote the high-quality execution of production tasks.
The company’s cement products workshop has consistently driven development through technological innovation, establishing a diversified production system covering concrete utility poles, concrete pipe piles, marker piles (blocks), and prefabricated foundations. These products are widely applied in key sectors such as power transmission, transportation infrastructure, and energy engineering. Supported by a domestically leading intelligent concrete batching plant, the workshop achieves millisecond-level precision in raw material proportioning and efficient continuous production. In addition, the introduction of automated pipe pile and utility pole production equipment, combined with digitalized process control, has significantly improved production efficiency and product consistency while ensuring strict quality standards and shorter delivery cycles. The commissioning of the PHC pipe pile production line represents not only a major breakthrough in capacity expansion, but also a strategic step forward into the new energy infrastructure sector.
