Our Scale
The company operates two large-scale industrial parks: Shandong Shinlong Pipe Industry Co., Ltd. Industrial Park established in 2005, and Shandong Intercity Rail Transit Technology Co., Ltd. Industrial Park established in 2010. The total site area exceeds 50,000 square meters with more than 200 employees.
R&D Strength and Product Portfolio
SHINLONG has a professional R&D team of over 30 engineers and holds 25 patents. The company has developed and manufactured more than 10,000 product models, including cable brackets, cable trays, embedded channels, embedded steel plates, FRC lightweight evacuation platforms, cantilever brackets, photovoltaic brackets, MPP/PE cable protection pipes, noise barriers, smart lamp poles, smart manhole covers, cement electric poles, and cement piles.
Integrated Industrial Chain
SHINLONG operates a fully integrated manufacturing chain covering blanking, machining, forming, hot-dip galvanizing, and automatic electrostatic powder coating. All processes are completed within one factory, significantly improving production efficiency and reducing manufacturing and logistics costs.
Advanced Anti-Corrosion and Flame-Retardant Technology
SHINLONG products adopt double-layer multi-component sealing technology. Based on hot-dip galvanizing, a proprietary anti-corrosion solid powder coating is applied by electrostatic spraying. The salt spray resistance reaches up to 6,000 hours, with a theoretical service life of up to 100 years. The coating does not ignite or emit smoke when exposed to 1,200°C for 2.5 hours,
