To further strengthen the company’s quality management system and standardize the control process for nonconforming products, the company successfully conducted a specialized training session on the “Nonconforming Product Control Procedure” on May 8.
The training was organized in accordance with the ISO 9001 Quality Management System and provided a systematic interpretation of key elements, including nonconforming product identification criteria, labeling and isolation requirements, evaluation procedures, and disposition methods. Special emphasis was placed on full-process management to ensure effective control from initial identification through closed-loop resolution.
The training content comprehensively covered root cause analysis, the formulation of corrective actions, and the establishment of preventive mechanisms, reinforcing the company’s commitment to continuous improvement in quality management. Through the analysis of typical cases, participants gained a clearer understanding of departmental responsibilities and standardized operational requirements in nonconforming product control.
During the interactive Q&A session, participants actively discussed practical challenges encountered in daily operations, promoting deeper understanding and effective implementation of quality control procedures.
